How Will I Know when my order ships?

We automatically send an email once your order has shipped. This shipment confirmation will have a tracking number attached. Please allow time for the tracking to update because the postal carriers will have to pick up the items from our shop (usually the next business day).

How long does it take to get my hitch cover?

We are a small family business. We don’t start making your hitch cover, badge, or license plate until after the order is placed. Depending on what parts we have lying around in the shop, sometimes your hitch cover will ship out 3 days later, and sometimes it will take longer than the 2-3 projected weeks. Custom colors and custom hitches take significantly longer than 2-3 weeks. Please refrain from bombarding us with status updates, because that takes one of us away from actually making your order. Just know if you ordered it, we’re working on it!

What if I want a design that I can’t find on your website?

We take custom orders all the time! Head to the “Custom Orders” page and please read everything carefully. You will need your final image of what you want it to look like ready for us. If you want something besides a custom hitch cover or badge set, then feel free to email us.
