KEMPTER KUSTOMS RETURNS


All of our items are made-to-order by our small family. Because we are a custom shop that hand-makes every item, our return policy is very rigid. This is to protect our craft and our small business. We cannot cancel once production begins on an item. A lot of time goes into each item that is ordered. Returns are only accepted if the item meets certain criteria, within 15 days of the ship date. Follow the instructions based on your Reason For Return.

Reason For Return

  • You received a damaged or incorrect item:

    Immediately send pictures to kempterkustoms@gmail.com of the damaged or incorrect item, as well as pictures of the box damage, if applicable. Include whether you want the item refunded, or if you still desire the ordered item. Follow this link to complete the steps to ship it back to us. Upon receipt, we will fully refund or repair the item, whichever you designate in the email. The $6 return fee is waived for these conditions. If you agree with our terms & conditions, you may begin your return.

  • Your hitch cover is the right size, but does not fit:

    Email us first at kempterkustoms@gmail.com with pictures and description of the issue, as well as your model vehicle. Please be aware due to the vast number of sizes, a perfect universal fit is not possible. We will only accept returns of a hitch that does not fit at all (i.e. cannot be pinned). 

  • Other reasons for return:

    If you simply are not satisfied with your purchase, or any other reason for your return than what is listed above, click HERE to initiate your return. Understand that you are agreeing with our Terms & Conditions.

Terms and Conditions:

  • 2.5” Hitch Covers, Custom items, and Knives are NON-Returnable and NON-Refundable. Contact us directly if there is an issue with one of these so that we may assist you.

  • There will be a $6 fee for returns that will be subtracted from your order refund.

  • You understand that the item must arrive back to us in its original condition, or we will not be able to fully refund you. Package the item well, and make sure it does not move in the box at all when gently shaking it.

  • Refunds will be processed once the return arrives back to us and is inspected. Please allow a few days after tracking confirms delivery for us to process the refund.
